Overview

Forsyth Medical engaged me to bring clarity and cohesion to a “change of ownership – new entity” a growing practice that had outgrown its existing brand and website. The goal was to create a professional, future-focused digital presence that reflected the quality of care they deliver, while making the site easier for patients to navigate and for the team to manage internally.

This was not just a visual refresh β€” it was a full strategic rebuild of their brand, structure, and online experience.

The Challenge

The existing website had evolved over time without a clear system behind it. Key services were difficult for patients to find, the visual identity lacked consistency, and the backend made updates slow and frustrating for the team.

At the same time, the practice needed to:

  • communicate trust and credibility at first glance
  • simplify access to high-demand services
  • support ongoing growth and new offerings
  • ensure the site was fast, secure, and easy to maintain

Strategy & Approach

I began with a full discovery and structural review to understand how patients actually move through the site and where the friction points were.

From there I developed:

  • a clear information architecture for services and patient pathways
  • a refined visual language to create consistency across all touchpoints
  • a scalable WordPress build using Divi and a lean performance stack
  • a brand guideline system to support future marketing and internal use

Every decision balanced three priorities:
patient experience, team usability, and long-term sustainability.
